Thirteen consecutive years of the Angie's List Super Service Award sits alongside it, and it isn't juried either — it comes from customer ratings, year after year, across thousands of jobs. Winning it once means a good twelve months. Winning it from 2007 through 2019 means the standard held through three recessions, a generational handover, and the arrival of every national franchise that has tried this market since.

The PHCC Delta Faucet Contractor of the Year award is the opposite kind of recognition — judged by the trade rather than by customers. Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors is the industry's own body, and being named contractor of the year across 2001–2002 reflects an assessment by people who know exactly how the work should be done.

The Associated Builders & Contractors Award for Excellence in Construction recognizes project execution on the commercial side, which is a different discipline from residential service — tighter schedules, more coordination, and far less room for a second visit.

The Main Streets Annapolis Legacy Award recognizes fifty-plus years of continuous operation in this city. We've since passed seventy-five.
