It's worth explaining what these discounts apply to, because plumbing pricing is where a lot of people get caught out. We quote flat rate — you approve a firm price for the job before any work starts. There's no hourly meter, so a repair that turns out to be fiddly costs what you agreed rather than what the clock says.

That's why the terms exclude trip charges and diagnostic fees. Those cover getting a licensed technician to your door and finding out what's actually wrong, which happens before there's a job to discount. Once we know the problem and you've approved the price, the coupon comes off that number.

Flat-rate pricing applies to emergency calls too. A crisis is not a reason to abandon honest pricing — you'll know the number before we begin at 2 a.m. exactly as you would at 2 p.m.

Honestly? Not in coupons. The largest amounts our customers save come from catching things early — a water heater flush that adds years to a tank, a sump pump tested before the spring rather than discovered failed during it, a sewer camera inspection that turns a speculative excavation into a targeted repair.

A discount on a job you didn't need to have is worth less than not needing the job. That's the entire argument for the maintenance plan, and we'd rather make it plainly than dress it up.
