Our primary focus is residential service and construction across Annapolis and Anne Arundel County. On any given week that can mean a drain cleaning in Arnold, a water heater replacement in Severna Park, backflow testing on a commercial property, and rough-in on a new build in Severn.

That variety is the point. Plumbers who spend every day doing the same call get bored and leave; plumbers who keep learning tend to stay. Our technicians look forward to our frequent opportunities to learn new skills, and we support certification across gas, backflow and specialist areas rather than treating training as an expense.

You'll also be working on genuinely interesting housing stock. Anne Arundel County ranges from colonial-era properties in downtown Annapolis through 1960s subdivisions in Bowie to slab-on-grade new construction in Odenton. Each has its own failure patterns, and a technician who has worked all of them becomes very good very quickly.

Fifteen years is a long average tenure in a trade with high turnover. It comes down to a few things we've chosen deliberately: office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with emergency rotation shared fairly rather than dumped on whoever joined last; the work is varied; and the flat-rate pricing model means nobody is pressured to upsell a customer who doesn't need it.

That last point matters more than it might sound. Technicians who are pushed to hit a sales target end up doing work they know isn't necessary, and good tradespeople leave companies that ask them to do that. We'd rather quote honestly, keep the customer for thirty years, and keep the technician too.
