Do I actually need excavation, or can it be done trenchless?

The camera decides. Trenchless lining needs a host pipe with enough structure left to line, and pipe bursting needs a path the new pipe can follow. A collapsed section, a severe belly holding water, or badly offset joints take those options away. We inspect first and tell you which category you're in — we offer both, so we've no reason to sell you a dig you don't need.

How soon can you dig?

For planned work, the schedule is set by the Miss Utility notification window — at least two full business days before excavation begins, so utility owners can mark their lines — plus permitting. For genuine emergencies there's a separate path with a two-hour utility response, which is what emergency excavation runs on.

What happens to my yard, driveway, or parking lot?

We size the opening to the repair and know from the locate what the route crosses before we start. Where it crosses hardscape, that's usually the point where a trenchless or pulled-in method becomes worth comparing, because restoring concrete or brick often costs more than the difference in method. Restoration is quoted up front either way.

Are you an excavation contractor?

We're licensed plumbers who excavate for our own work — sewer laterals, water service lines, buried gas runs, and drain lines. We don't take on site work, grading, or non-plumbing utility trenching, and we'll point you to the right trade when that's what a job actually needs.

Do you handle commercial properties?

Yes. Commercial excavation is scheduled around your operating hours, with camera diagnosis, documentation for owners and property managers, and asphalt or concrete restoration priced before the work starts.
